Dear Choon-Hee Kim,
I'm pleased to think that I might have brought a "Jamesian breath" into this world by contributing to your logo design. It was a privilege and pleasure to share ideas with you, and to contemplate the complexity of HJ's spirit in the process.


One element of the design that reflects this complexity, I feel, is the line of shadow running from the top of his head, down the side of his face to his chin, like a stream of consciousness, more intricate than simple. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to contemplate HJ's intricacies in such an intimate way, and to have made a contribution to your design.
